Psychotherapy Services and Therapeutic Approaches

As you embark on a journey towards improved well-being, let’s begin with a free 15 minute consultation. During this consultation, we can discuss your goals for therapy, what approaches will suit your needs, and how I can best support you.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes ($165) or 80 minutes ($225). I offer in-person (in Ottawa) or virtual therapy sessions, via a secure video platform. Below are descriptions of the various therapeutic approaches I will use in our work together (on desktop, hover over the images). I look forward to connecting and starting your journey soon!
